Abstract
Innere Anspannung: Sterische Spannung führt dazu, dass die gezeigte Diaza‐Cope‐Umlagerung vollständig abläuft, und das laut HPLC an chiraler Phase und Kristallstrukturanalyse hoch stereospezifisch (>99.5 % ee). Die experimentellen und berechneten Werte der Geschwindigkeits‐ und Gleichgewichtskonstanten der Umlagerung stimmen gut miteinander überein.
